Isn't this just AI?
AI will cheerfully help you price a roof inspection at $75 and go broke. The Co-Pilot computes your costs and scores in deterministic code, built from a working operator's real numbers - the AI interviews and drafts, but it never does the arithmetic, and the gates will not let you past a price below your own floor. Do I need my commercial drone certification before I start?
No. The Discovery Flight and the first two Levels need no certificate, and the certification study track runs in parallel so it never blocks you. It becomes a hard gate exactly where it should: before paid-operations pricing work at Level 4.
What exactly is the Discovery Flight?
A complimentary working session with the Co-Pilot, about 40 minutes, best done out loud. It covers where you are, what you fly, who you know, and how you think about money - then deterministic rules score five readiness axes and route your program plan. You leave with the scored report either way.
I've bought a drone course before. How is this different?
Courses end when the videos end. Here you advance only when your deliverables hold up at a gate review - and what you build is a working business file: your cost model, price book, proposals, and website, not a certificate of completion. Your business keeps living in the workspace after launch.

Will you tell me if this is a bad idea?
Yes, and the Discovery Flight is complimentary specifically so we can. If the numbers say you are not ready - capital, time, or both - the report says so plainly and gives you a prep path instead of a checkout page. An intake that never says no is a sales funnel, not an assessment.
Who is behind this?
Earhart Alden & Associates: a revenue-operations consultancy and a working drone services operator. The cost models and pricing floors in the program are encoded from real jobs and real invoices - including the numbers that were wrong the first time.
What happens to my data and my conversations?
Your deliverables are yours - exportable any time, including after you cancel. Conversations are processed by Anthropic's Claude under our API agreement and are not used to train AI models. We don't sell personal information. The full policy is on the privacy page.
Can I cancel?
Any time on monthly tiers. You keep every deliverable, and export stays available after cancellation - the honest version of lock-in is a product worth staying for.
