Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
When you take the Discovery Flight or use the workspace, we collect what you give us: your name, email, business details, your answers during sessions (including conversation transcripts), documents you upload as evidence, and the deliverables you build. We also collect basic usage data needed to run and improve the service.
2. How we use it
Your information is used to run the service: scoring your Readiness Report, routing your program plan, generating your deliverables, and improving how the Co-Pilot interviews and scores. Scoring and routing are computed by deterministic rules, not by a model guessing.
3. AI processing - and what we do not do
Conversational sessions are processed by Anthropic's Claude models under our API agreement. Your data is not used to train AI models. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that host and operate the platform (hosting, database, AI processing, and email), each bound to use it only to provide their service.
4. Your deliverables and transcripts
Deliverables belong to you and are exportable at any time, including after cancellation. Session transcripts are retained to provide the service and to calibrate the program's scoring quality.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account or report is active. Email team@aerorev.ai to request a copy of your data or its deletion, and we will honor it within 30 days, subject to records we must keep by law.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, stored with access controls, and credentials are never placed in public code. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will notify you promptly.
