1. What AeroRev is
AeroRev is a guided business-building service for drone pilots; its program, The Co-Pilot, combines software, structured curriculum, and AI-assisted working sessions that help you research, plan, and launch a drone services business. The complimentary Discovery Flight produces a scored Readiness Report and a recommended plan.
2. Not professional advice
AeroRev does not provide legal, tax, financial, insurance, or regulatory advice. Compliance content is educational and links to primary sources. You are solely responsible for complying with the aviation regulations that apply where you operate, including your country's commercial certification requirements, and all other applicable laws. Always confirm against the current official source before you fly or sign. Documents produced with the Co-Pilot, including contracts and proposals, are drafts that you should have reviewed by your own attorney before use.
3. No promised outcomes
We describe what the Co-Pilot does; we do not promise business results. Scores, plans, and recommendations are informational tools. Your results depend on your market, your work, and decisions only you can make.
4. Your account and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter contracts to use the service. Keep your information accurate; do not share access or misrepresent who you are.
5. Your deliverables are yours
The work products you create in AeroRev - cost models, price books, plans, proposals, and similar deliverables - belong to you. You can export them at any time, including after you cancel. The platform, curriculum, software, and brand remain ours.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to break or overload the systems, no scraping or reselling the curriculum, and no submitting content you do not have the right to share.
7. Paid services
The Discovery Flight is complimentary. If and when you purchase a paid tier, pricing and billing terms will be presented at checkout and become part of these terms.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the same extent, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
10. Changes and contact
